This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies aimevi.com uses, why, and how to control them. The short version: the site has one optional cookie-type tool, Google reCAPTCHA on the contact form, and it stays off until you accept it. Nothing is used for analytics or advertising.
Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. Similar technologies, such as local storage or scripts that read information from your device, follow the same rules. Under article 82 of the French Data Protection Act, which applies the EU ePrivacy Directive, I need your consent before using them, unless they are strictly necessary to provide something you asked for.
[update]
No analytics, advertising, retargeting, social media pixels, or embedded third-party videos or feeds. If I ever add any, they will stay off until you consent, and I will update this policy first.
The Start a Project form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, provided by Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC. It collects device and browser information, your IP address and how you interact with the page, and sends them to Google to tell people from bots. Google's privacy policy and terms apply.
It loads only after you accept it in the banner, and only on the page with the form. If you refuse, the form will not work, but you can still reach me by email at hello@aimevi.com or book a call through the Calendly link.
When you first visit, a banner lets you accept or refuse non-essential cookies. Refusing is as easy as accepting. I keep your choice for 6 months and then ask again.
You can change your mind at any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page [ADD THIS LINK]. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the help pages of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge explain how. Blocking the essential ones may stop parts of the site from working.
I update this policy whenever the cookies on the site change. The date at the top shows the latest version. For questions, email hello@aimevi.com. If you are not satisfied with my answer, you can complain to the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
