This policy explains what personal data aimevi.com handles, why, and what rights you have. The short version: this is a portfolio site. It has no accounts, shop, ads or analytics, and I never sell your data. Your data is involved only when you contact me, when you book a call through Calendly, and through a few Google services that keep the site looking right and free of spam.
The data controller is Marjory Verron, trading as Aimevi, an independent designer based in France.

I don't have a data protection officer. For anything about your data, email hello@aimevi.com.
[UPDATE]
• No accounts, sign-ups, newsletter, comments, online payments or shop on this site.
• No analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and no social media widgets.
• I don't sell or rent your data, and I don't use it for profiling or automated decisions.
• I don't put your personal data or project materials into AI tools unless you agree first.
I share data only with the providers below, for the purposes above. I don't sell it to anyone.
• Hosting: Hostinger International Ltd, Cipro stores the website and its server logs.
• Email and files: [Hostinger International Ltd holds my email, including form messages. Form entries are also saved in the WordPress database.
• Google: reCAPTCHA, if you accept it, protects the contact form from spam. Google Fonts delivers the site's typefaces from Google's servers, so Google receives your IP address and browser details to send you the files. No cookies are involved in that. Google's privacy policy applies.
• Calendly: the site only contains a link, and nothing loads from Calendly until you click it. If you book a call, Calendly processes your booking details under its own privacy policy, and I receive them to hold the call. The call itself takes place on Google Meet.
• Social networks: the Instagram, Behance, Dribbble and LinkedIn icons are plain links. Those services only get data once you click through.
• Clients only: my accountant, bank and invoicing tools, and the tools we use together on a project such as,but not limited to Google Workspace, Notion, Slack among others.
• Authorities, courts and advisers, where the law requires it or to defend legal rights.
Two SEO tools don't handle visitor data. Yoast SEO is a WordPress plugin that prepares page titles, descriptions and the sitemap. Google Search Console gives me aggregate figures from Google about how the site appears in search results. It places nothing on your device, and I can't identify you from it.
Google and Calendly may process data outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States. These transfers rely on a safeguard approved under the GDPR: the provider's certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Email hello@aimevi.com if you want details of the safeguard that applies.
On request, and unless the law requires me to keep them, I return or delete the source materials you gave me once a project ends.
The only technology on this site that needs your consent is Google reCAPTCHA, and it loads only if you accept it. The typefaces load without cookies. The Cookie Policy has the details and explains how to change your choice.
You can ask me to:
• give you access to your data and a copy of it;
• correct data that is wrong;
• erase your data, in the cases the law sets out;
• restrict how I use it;
• give you the data you provided in a portable format;
• stop using it where I rely on legitimate interest, including check-ins after a project;
• withdraw your consent at any time (for cookies, use "Cookie settings" in the footer), without affecting what happened before;
• follow your instructions on what happens to your data after your death, as French law allows.
Email hello@aimevi.com. I may ask you to confirm your identity. I reply within one month, which can be extended by two months for complex requests, and I don't charge for it.If you think I haven't handled your data properly, you can complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr; 3 Place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07), or to the authority where you live or work.
The site uses HTTPS. Access to project files is limited to me and the providers above, and I choose providers that commit to appropriate security. No online service is completely secure. If a breach is likely to put your rights at risk, I will tell you and the CNIL as the law requires.
This site and my services are for businesses and adults. I don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you think a minor has sent me data, email hello@aimevi.com and I will delete it.
I update this policy when something changes on the site or in the law. The date at the top shows the latest version. For significant changes I will say so on the site, and tell current clients by email.
